A very large variety of fruits for a small farm. Nearly fifty different varieties, the raw material for jams, entirely grown on the farm (except figs). Prepared in small quantities for quick cooking, allowing the colour and flavour of the fruit to be retained, with little addition of sugar.
The farm extends over 4.16 ha of crops for about fifty different products: mirabelle plums, quetsches, cherry trees, old varieties of morello cherry, red vine peaches, strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants...
