Nestled in the heart of Colmar's Little Venice, Wistub Brenner invites you to enjoy traditional Alsatian cuisine, concocted using fresh, seasonal produce. Favouring short circuits, Agostino Di Foggia, a Master Restaurateur since 2012, well-known and recognised in Colmar, sources his food mainly from local artisans with whom he shares the same values and love of good produce. At the helm of the stoves since 2008, Chef Daniel Queille, offers a generous and tasty cuisine, entirely home-made. His quality and expertise have been acclaimed by numerous Gastronomic Guides such as Michelin and Gault et Millau. Very pretty terrace with flowers and ideally located.
