Its 2 kms long ramparts of the XIVth century, lined with majestic towers, will impress you by their exceptional preservation. Enhanced by flowers in summer , the half timbered houses give the village a unique romantic atmosphere.

Bergheim offers nature lovers very nice medieval gardens nestled in the heart of the city. Walkers can go along its various paths : wether those are in the vineyards, in the forest or on the Grasberg hill (classified Natura 2000), they will make everybody happy.
