From field to plate, learn about the steps involved in making it at the Maison de la Choucroute LE PIC in Meistratzheim. At lunchtime, enjoy a real sauerkraut filling at the Chou'Heim restaurant in Krautergersheim, the sauerkraut capital of Alsace. During your escapade, you'll catch a glimpse of hop crops, one of the essential ingredients in brewing beer, which you'll taste at the Ellipsys microbrewery in Innenheim.
