It is in a natural setting, in the village of Laubach, that the restaurant La Merise opened its doors in October 2016. Christelle and Cédric Deckert, surrounded by a young team, offer seasonally refined cuisine based on fresh products, awarded a first star in the 2018 Michelin Guide and the second in the 2021 Michelin Guide. The setting is warm and the building, which looks like a renovated Alsatian farmhouse, is not lacking in charm.
